For the past 100 years, the revving engines found in performance cars required oil additives. To meet the demands, specialty lubricants and high-value additives were formulated to deliver engine performance and reliability. Over the next decade battery technology will power vehicles, lower the future demand for lubricants.

We are seeking innovators to help define new markets and applications based on existing oil additive technology. Innovators will bring unique perspectives on emerging market needs and potential reformulation requirements to meet demand. Our product interest areas are diverse - deep sea exploration, manufacturing lines, and beyond - provided lubricants are needed to deliver improved performance in high temperature and high pressure.
About this project:
The project is expected to kick-off in January 2021 and complete in March 2022.
3 experts are needed to scope and define the technical challenges, in collaboration with our industry partner.
The team will define new applications, identify potential customers, describe the market needs, and potential growth over the next 10 years.
Experts are paid on a fixed fee basis.
